A select group of Hispanic Executive audience members recently gathered in New York City for Uniting Powerful Leaders, a private dinner in which participants shared success stories and best practices around building diverse segment markets.

Anywhere Real Estate hosted the event, which took place at the restaurant Manhatta in the city’s Financial District. This exclusive, invitation-only gathering featured executives from Anywhere Real Estate and senior-level Latino leaders who are actively working to reshape corporate America.

The evening commenced with a lively cocktail reception during check-in, setting the stage for a Jeffersonian Dinner—a concept rooted in the 1800s by President Thomas Jefferson. Attendees engaged in a single conversation, mirroring the historical gatherings at Jefferson’s home. The evening’s topic centered around the challenges and successes in building diverse segment market strategies for growth. The leaders in attendance also shared strategies they have found most effective in getting support and commitment from their organizations for diversity-related initiatives. The format encouraged real listening and learning, and attendees left feeling energized and inspired.

Anywhere Integrated Services Senior Vice President – Eastern Region and event cohost Troy Singleton facilitated the conversation, which kicked off with the icebreaker question to stimulate connections. Anywhere Real Estate Chief People Officer Tanya Reu-Narvaez served as the event cohost. Guerrero CEO and Hispanic Executive Publisher Pedro A. Guerrero provided opening remarks.

Hispanic Executive was thrilled to facilitate this incredible evening and thanks the attendees for sharing their wisdom and expertise. This was a perfect way to close out 2023, and we can’t wait to share more interesting events and programming in 2024!
