The problem with being so in demand, Dr. Esther Zeledon has found, is that there is a ceiling on how much time a one-on-one coach can dedicate to one-on-one coaching. The former diplomat and current executive coach and founder of SOL believes that technology, specifically AI, can be leveraged to make her expertise widely available from anywhere in the world.

“There has to be a better way of being able to scale, not just one-on-one, but on a massive scale,” Zeledon explained during AVANCE Global’s 2026 summit in Las Vegas. “This isn’t about growing my own business; I just want to make individualized support more accessible and affordable.”

Zeledon says SOL is designed to identify patterns in how someone solves problems, makes decisions, works with others, and creates value in order to help them determine where those capabilities could be most useful in their next role. Instead of resume-writing or interview practice, the broader goal is to help people figure out what to pursue in the first place, then prepare them for it.

SOL will provide guidance, then ultimately expand into a platform that connects people with jobs, funding, and other opportunities. The latter part is a capability still in development, but the former technology is rooted in the tenets that have made Zeledon so in-demand in the first place.

“I think business, for me, has always been more about service,” the founder says. “I think that’s why my coaching and strategy have been successful, and I think it’s why a lot of businesses fail: it has to be about service.”

Zeledon has traditionally focused on clients who are high achievers with big hearts, people like those she was surrounded by at AVANCE Global, and people like her. But because of the demand she’s found and her desire to make her services more affordable, she’s created SOL.

“So much of my career has been about showing a different angle or examining the other side,” Zeledon says. “That’s what I want to do with AI. I think there is hope in AI and a way of doing good things that make an impact. There can be ethical AI and you can serve your community. It’s about the user and the intent.”

SOL is part of the reason Zeledon was at AVANCE Global. But, once again, so much of it just comes back to service.

“There are 6,000 Latinos here, 6,000 powerhouses of ideas and movement. And I’m trying to serve my community,” the entrepreneur says. “Sometimes I’m here just listening. What are the needs? What are people going through? How can I serve them?”
