CTPartners was proud to host the Latino Executive Dinner on October 15th in the Private Wine Cellar of the ‘21’ Club, in New York City. This invite-only dinner brought together C-level Latino leaders for an evening of dinner and conversation discussing the opportunities that help advance Latinos as business leaders. Topics discussed included how we can complement the advocacy agenda and promote a commercial agenda, and how we can promote greater access, awareness and development of Latino leaders.

Joining CTPartners Chief Executive Officer, Brian Sullivan and Managing Partner, Carlos Cata were executives from MetLife, Inc.; American Express; Sotheby’s; Herrera-Cristina Group, Ltd.; Mercer LLC; The Executive Leadership Council; and HACR.

“CTPartners is committed to advancing Latino Executives across business sectors. Our vision transcends advocacy and diversity and begins with the simple premise of identifying and propelling world class commercial leaders. Our ultimate goal is to discover how we, as an advisory group, can go from a small group of impactful Latino leaders in that room to multiples of that over the next few years,” says Carlos Cata, Managing Partner, CTPartners.
