Iris Diaz is an award-winning bilingual marketer and creative executive with a strong focus on media solutions and creative marketing, and she currently serves as the first Latina and youngest chief marketing officer for the Dallas Mavericks, 2011 NBA Champions.
Her fourteen-year career includes stints with Albertsons LLC, Al Día published by the Dallas Morning News, St. Jude Night of Hope, Clear Channel Outdoor, and the Richards Group (a multicultural branch of Richards Lerma).
Diaz continues to encourage and execute diversity through marketing in a very affluent community by influencing the Hispanic voice in sports, while still pursuing to bring another championship to Dallas.
