Lori Lizarraga
Lori Lizarraga is an Ecuadorian-Mexican-American journalist and a Murrow and Emmy-award winning reporter. Her news journey began in her home state of Texas and has since taken her to newsrooms in California, Colorado, on international assignment to Ecuador, and Pennsylvania where she is now based in Philly. Her 2021 reporting, “LatinXed,” sounded an alarm for representation in news and helped to effect new immigration coverage standards at more than 60 TV news stations across the country, including the removal of the term “illegal” to describe undocumented immigrants. That work was a catalyst for her career today as a community journalist, public speaker, podcast host and producer, and, as always, a staunch voice for Latinos.
BILLY YOST
Billy Yost is a copywriter and storyteller whose work explores leadership, business, culture, and the people shaping today’s organizations. Drawing on a background in brand strategy, editorial writing, and digital media, he crafts compelling narratives that connect audiences with the ideas and leaders driving meaningful change. His experience spans both traditional and emerging platforms, with a particular interest in storytelling, branding, and the evolving role of social media in business communications.
