30 Under 30: Martin Sanchez

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Martin Sanchez refuses to let anyone or anything discourage him from pursuing his goals. Sanchez, who works as a computer engineer and hardware program manager for Intel, has taken on some impressive responsibilities recently. In just one year, he started his own financial coaching company, completed his MBA, and became a father—all while working full time at Intel and getting promoted to boot.

Through it all, Sanchez has managed to give back to his community. He’s actively involved in his church community, where he cares for families in need; he also volunteers with local high school students through his local chamber of commerce, helping them with their career development. His plans for the future include working his way up the technology business ladder to a vice president role, growing his start-up company, and expanding his family. It’s a tall order, but Sanchez’s superhuman time management skills are likely to help him achieve those goals.
