Davis Goldstein is a Creative Artists Agency (CAA) executive within the executive search division. Goldstein spearheads CAA Search’s media, content, consumer, and technology function, specializing in senior executive hiring and strategy. He helps lead the group’s efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is based in the New York office and works on behalf of many of the world’s top sports, media, and entertainment companies, including Fanatics, FanDuel, Premier League, Major League Baseball, Peloton, Second City, NASCAR, and L Catterton, among others.
Goldstein works tirelessly to contribute to and lead the placement of key executives and C-suite leaders in a variety of professional sports and entertainment entities. He successfully led engagement with the Premier League, the highest level of the English football league system, to appoint a managing director of North America. This marked the league’s first-ever hire in North America as it looks to expand internationally. Goldstein played an integral role in signing Peloton and building its global production team across all modalities, including cycling, rowing, tread, yoga, strength, and mindfulness. He helped sign Major League Baseball and served as a representative in the search for its vice president of social. He also successfully completed a search for the Portland Trail Blazers new senior vice president (SVP) and general manager of the Arena, which resulted in one of the most senior female hires in that role within the NBA.
Goldstein is responsible for leading the search for the chief operating officer (COO) for Fanatics Brands, as well as helping sign and manage client relationships with the Chicago Blackhawks and Comcast Spectacor. Additionally, he advised NESN, one of the largest regional sports networks, on its search for a COO and signed iFit, an interactive fitness and workout app, for which he built its global content team.
Goldstein helped sign FanDuel and appointed its chief technology officer, its SVP of content, and the general manager of FanDuel TV. Further, he signed automobile magazine MotorTrend and appointed its chief marketing officer; built a global production and content division for ONE Championship, the world’s largest martial arts organization; and worked on behalf of client Second City to place its new CEO.

What advice do you have for young Latinos who want to break into the business of sports?
My advice to young Latinos who want to break into the business of sports is to become obsessed with it. Let the business of sports be your passion and immerse yourself in it. Be an outlet and source of information for everyone when it comes to the business of sports.
