Lucas Krupkin is a client solutions manager on the Disruptors team at Meta. His role is centered around strategic relationship management, expert consultation, and driving business growth through innovative solutions that are tailored to the needs of high-growth, venture capital-backed companies.

What is your greatest career accomplishment to date?

As part of my role advising businesses, we get to highlight examples of success through Case Studies. I have been a part of almost a dozen, but the one that stands out was with my partner Prose because it was showcased by Sheryl Sandberg (Ex Meta COO) on the 2022 Q1 Earnings call as a flagship success and point of reference.

What is your greatest personal accomplishment to date?

My greatest personal accomplishment is having started my dream project. The Buena Compañía video series is a monthly initiative I host for the LatinERG group. The series aims to highlight and host Latinx directors and VPs at Meta. The primary goal of this series is to inspire both early and later career employees by sharing the stories and experiences of trailblazing Latinx leaders within the company. Each episode features different executives discussing their journeys, challenges, and insights, thereby fostering a sense of community and providing role models for other employees. On the most recent episode, I interviewed Adam Mosseri, the head of Instagram, although I have already done 30-plus episodes over 3 years with an average of more than 2.5K viewers each time.

What do you do today to impact your community?

See above about Buena Compañía.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Leading our largest advertiser relationships.

What is the biggest issue that you want to help solve, and why?

Latino representation in the executive levels of business.

What is a surprising hobby or interest that helps you stay creative and energized?

Playing soccer.

What is your Latino background?

I am Argentinian American. I was born and raised Miami; both of my parents are Argentinian, and my entire extended family still live there.

What song do you listen to that motivates you?

“Dale dale boca” by DJ EZE.
