Oracio Galindo is entering his eighth season with the Los Angeles Rams as head of employee experience. He oversees the administration of day-to-day HR activities and is strategically responsible for developing programs, systems, and policies that attract, retain, engage, and develop talent across the organization.

Prior to joining the Rams, Galindo served as the vice president of employee relations and labor relations for Tribune Publishing, a media company rooted in award-winning journalism and employing eight thousand employees across the US. During his tenure, he was instrumental in leading a staff of twenty-five HR professionals to drive various transformational and organizational changes across ten major newspapers.

Prior to Tribune Publishing, he served in various senior leadership roles at Los Angeles Times, Sony Music Entertainment, Starbucks Coffee, and Red Bull.

A native of Los Angeles, Galindo earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Loyola Marymount University and a master’s in HR development from Claremont Graduate University. He is also a founding board member of the Pro Sports Assembly, the association for professional sports business leaders.

Galindo married his wife, Gladys Limon, in September 2016. She currently works as an environmental justice attorney in the Los Angeles area. The couple welcomed a baby boy, Cristian Alejandro, in April 2018 and a second son, Emilio David, in February 2020. The family currently resides in Camarillo, California.
