Ariana Talai is a team-driven leader with over sixteen years of experience in technology and media operations. Talai values people and believes in fostering meaningful connections that create an environment for individuals to thrive. She is the vice president of technology infrastructure operations at Major League Baseball.
She is a proud Dominicana and native New Yorker, currently living in the California Bay Area with her partner and four-year-old daughter.
Outside of the office, you can find Talai spending time with her family, taking long walks, meditating, and reading. Being Latina is empowering and a driving force pushing her through life. Talai takes deep pride in her culture, which has been built on a foundation of family, community, and resilience.
