Suffice it to say, Criseli Saenz is quite busy. For one, she’s the diversity, equity, and inclusion manager at Omnicom Group, where she played a key role in an action plan that was created with the aim of achieving systemic equity for all professionals across Omnicom’s 1,500+ agencies. She’s determined to ensure that creatives of all backgrounds have a chance to succeed, hence her role as the programs director for the nonprofit organization ADCOLOR, which works to promote diversity and inclusion in creative industries and also serves as a professional development resource. She counts building the ADCOLOR FUTURES program, which offers participants career training, short- and long-term mentorship, and more, as one of her professional highlights.
Never one to rest on her laurels, Saenz has many professional and personal goals for her future, which range from owning her dream house to opening a DIY shop for small business owners of color to getting promoted to an executive role. With a true passion for elevating others and a drive to see things done well, we’re positive she’ll accomplish all of these things and more.
