NextGen Collective recently caught up with these class of 2022 honorees!

I made the move back home to the Bay Area in July after a life-changing 5 years in NYC to join Google as a Program Manager on the Google Cloud Global Infrastructure team! Large Language Models such as Bard and ChatGPT and other innovative AI tools do not function without a robust physical technical infrastructure behind it (e.g. data centers). My team and I work on delivering various new initiatives focused on long-term process / business transformations for Google’s AI-optimized network of data centers around the world during this pivotal and exciting time in ML/AL!

Beyond my full time job, this year I expanded my journey as an Angel Investor and joined Angeles Investors in their mission to help fund and grow Hispanic and Latin ventures and entrepreneurs. I'm thrilled to have taken this step forward building my professional experience alongside an amazing group of leaders that are really looking to have a direct impact on our community.

Stephanie is now working in philanthropy with the Latino Community Foundation of Colorado as a community affairs program assistant. Her most recent project through the foundation was in collaboration with Colorados Department of Local Affairs in reviewing over 400 grant applications with $35 million in grant funding requests. Not losing touch with her passion surrounding body advocacy and inclusivity, Stephanie has created a body advocacy consulting business named "IM(BODY)MNT" where she elevates her mission through workshops, after school programs, and individual coaching sessions. Stephanie continues to challenge the status quo and hopes to expand her business nationwide.

Since then, I've become a startup coach at P33: focused on driving inclusive, global tech and innovation leadership in Chicago and a mentor within the Association of Latino Professionals For America. As always, I continue advocating community work as external lead for Google's Latino ERG, HOLA."
