Submit your nomination for the second annual
NextGen Collective 30 Under 30 list!

NextGen Collective’s parent brand Hispanic Executive magazine was founded in 2006 with the express intent of providing a platform for an often-overlooked population: the professional Latino community. Since its inception, Hispanic Executive has showcased many of the best and brightest Latinos across a wide range of job functions and industries.

It got so good, we knew we had to skew younger and showcase rising Latinx talent, hence our decision to launch the inaugural NextGen Collective 30 Under 30 class in 2021 to great success.

This year, we are eager to continue showcasing rising Latinx talent across industries who are making a difference in their organizations and communities.

The future is Latinx. And here at Hispanic Executive and NextGen Collective, we’re using our platform to elevate this exceptional comunidad.
